Q: What watches do you accept?

A: Club Jibarito purchases high quality, luxury timepieces of the top brands that include Patek Phillipe, Cartier, Rolex, Breitling, IWC, Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Audemars Piguet and more. We accept all watches as we believe they all hold some value. Please submit online or bring your watch to our store to see what we can offer you.

 

Shipping

Q: Do you accept international submissions?

A: Yes, we do ship to and from international addresses.

 

Q: Can I sell more than one watch at a time?

Q: Yes. When it comes time to ship, we will send you one pre-paid, fully insured UPS label for all of your watches.

Q: Why is selling my watch to Club Jibarito risk free?

A: We have plenty of watch retail experience and we are equipped with superior buying expertise. We take various measures to ensure every transaction is done safely and securely, such as:

  • Insuring your watch for the maximum amount of our offer during shipping
  • Shipping your watch back to you should you decide to no longer sell

 

Q: Do you insure my watch?

A: Yes. We will insure your watch for the maximum amount of our offer. In the unlikely event that something should happen to your watch because of the shipping carrier, you will receive the maximum value for it.

 

Q: What if I decide to no longer sell my watch after beginning the selling process?

A: Not a problem. Please let us know right away, and we will ship your watch back to you with no questions asked.

 

Offers

Q: How is the value of my watch determined?

A: The value of your watch is mainly determined by the current demand in the pre-owned marketplace. Using our extensive knowledge of the watch industry, we are able to establish a fair and competitive value for any timepiece. We always do our best to offer you the greatest value for your timepiece, so if you’ve been offered a higher price elsewhere, please let us know.

 

Q: Why is there a range of your offer price?

A: The condition of your watch can have a significant effect on the value of your timepiece, which cannot be confirmed until inspect it in person.

 

Q: Does your offer on my watch ever expire?

A: Yes. Unfortunately, due to changing market conditions, our offer is good for 15 days from when the offer is made. After that time, you must resubmit your timepiece to us.

 

Q: Can I trade-in my watch for a brand new one?

A: Yes. You can trade in your watch in our boutique and receive store credit for 20% more than your watch’s value.

 

Payment

Q: When will I receive payment?

A: Once our final offer is accepted and processing begins, it may take up to 5 business days before your check is mailed.
