About our Concierge Service

We are currently introducing a new Concierge service to our boutique to emphasize our desire to cater to our clientele in an efficient and versatile manner. Our service will consist of an array of unique, personalized services with the ultimate purpose of giving continuity and inspiration to your watch collection.

We will be available to you Monday through Saturday from 10 AM – 6PM as a personal resource for all of your requests. We will always strive to accommodate your wishes whether you need expert advice selecting just the right gift or figuring out how to sell your watch in a local or international market.

Our concierge performs on your behalf, although you are responsible for any purchases, fees and/ shipping charges you authorize.

Having established a strong presence in Haute Horlogerie marketplace, we are confident in our ability to provide all of these services to you.

What we offer:

  • In the rare case that we do not have the timepiece or jewelry piece you desire in our collection, we can serve as a liaison between you and an extensive list of trusted authorized retailers to assist and advise you in procuring what you want.

  • If you want to sell your watch but you don’t have time to or you don’t know how to, we can do it for you. Please don’t hesitate to call our Concierge service or look into the “Sell your Watch” section of our website for a more detailed explanation of our selling process.

  • We can list your timepiece in important auctions with possibilities of international sales.

  • Our deep understanding of classic timepieces’ worth provides us with the ability to issue insurance appraisals for your timepieces or jewelry if desired.

  • In case of complicated timepieces such as perpetual calendars, chronographs, minute- repeaters, and GMT’s, among others, our Concierge can assist you on how to adjust and maintain your watch to avoid any possible or further damage to the mechanism.

  • If you experience a loss or theft, please contact us immediately. We will communicate the manufacturer with your timepiece’s serial number. In the case that the watch returns to the factory for any reason such as repair or maintenance, the watch will be decommissioned and returned to you provided that you have in your possession a proof of ownership, an invoice of purchase, or the watch’s original papers.
